Immature

Being in the juvenile stage before sexual maturity.

Imperfect fungi

Imperfect fungi, also called Fungi imperfecti (Deuteromycetes), are higher fungi (ascomycetes, basidiomycetes or zygomycetes) whose life cycle lacks a known sexual stage or in which the sexual stage has not yet been discovered. Reproduction occurs through asexual spores (conidia) or purely vegetatively.

Incrusted

Bearing crystalline deposits, as in hyphae and cystidia.

Inquiline

Inquilines are animal species that live in abandoned but still inhabited galls, mines, galleries or nests of other species.
